Biddulph on Bloom - Large Town - Gold Award 2011

Heart of England in Bloom
Part of RHS BRITAIN IN BLOOM
Biddulph on Bloom - Large Town - Gold Award,
Judges: Roger Bache and Mark Wiltshire
What the judges said.....
Biddulph really is one of the jewels in the Heart of England in Bloom campaign. Because of major reconstruction in the town centre they been absent for a while but what a comeback. Some truly wonderful floral displays and imaginative planting making the whole town positively buzz. The judges simply could not believe they were in a former mining town which was not as prosperous as it once was. The work of the Bloom volunteer force was far and above the call of duty, from street furniture maintenance to actually sweeping the streets.
THIS IS A VERY GOOD GOLD AWARD
